In this 6 week class you will learn how color choices change the design and focus of the block. These fundamentals will open you up to the wonderful world of quilting.
The class you will receive the fabric requirements, and supply list. You will then learn about fabric color and value before selecting your own fabrics for your quilt top.
Required supplies
Sewing Machine, foot pedal and power cord – be familiar with your machine as we do not know the details of how all the different brands of sewing machines operate)
Thread with Full Bobbin
¼” foot or tape to mark a ¼” guide on the machine
Walking foot (nice to have, not required)
Sewing Machine Needle 90/14
Scissors
Seam Ripper
Fabric Marker
Cutting Ruler + Rotary Cutter
Wonder Clips or Pins
Notepad to take notes
Quilted Needle Fabrics will have Shared Cutting Mats, 6 1/2″ x 24 1/2″ Rulers with Handles, Irons, Ironing Boards and Design Walls.
