With decades of experience in product development and textile innovation, Steven has invented and patented numerous products in the non-woven and textile fiber industries. He spent more than 21 years with Leggett & Platt, including 10 years in Product Development, and later served as Director of Education & Technology for INDA. He has taught textile and fiber courses at North Carolina State University and educational programs around the world.
