Refund Policy

PRODUCT RETURNS

All sales of cut yardage, patterns, and books are final. Other products may be returned for a store credit within 15 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened. This credit can be used for any other purchases in the store. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt.

CLASSES

Class fees are non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 48 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a store credit. Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their class fee.
